Karrie Franks Interiors will do a walk through and verbally provide interior and exterior feedback, our observations may include all or some of the following suggestions: cleaning, repairs and paint. We will then assess the home to see which rooms staged will provide the best ROI and visual impact for potential buyers.
VACANT HOME STAGING | FEE BASED ON STAGING REQUIREMENTS
Vacant home staging fees vary depending on rental of furnishings and accessories, installation and any additional services requested. We specialize in staging homes under 2000 sq. ft. The average 45 day staging contract ranges from $2200-$5500 based on size of home.
