Karrie Franks worked with the property owner to update this small rental apartment. We updated the bathroom with a new vanity, shower surround, flooring and paint. We added a barn style door allowing for more usable space in both the bathroom and bedroom. The rest of the apartment received a fresh update with new paint, carpet and window coverings that complimented the existing kitchen and floor tiles. Every inch counts in a small space so we added a counter in the kitchen for additional seating or additional prep area in a previously unusable space with a low angled ceiling.
