Interior Upgrades | Paint Consultation

I worked with the Realtor to prep this home for the market. We selected paint colors for the walls and cabinets that lightened the space and complemented the existing tile and stone. We updated the carpet throughout and selected new tile for the entry. I collaborated with Rochelle Mort, who had recently bought my staging business, to select new lighting, and she finished off the home with furniture and accessories.

Monroe was under contract in 4 days and sold for $25K over asking.
