Owner Occupied Staging | Paint Consultation

This project was initially a staging consultation in which we advised the owner on which furniture pieces should stay, move, or be stored; in a few rooms, we also consulted on paint color. A few weeks later, we staged the home, using a mix of the owner's furnishings and purchasing a few pieces within the homeowner’s budget. Townsend was under contract in 5 days and sold over asking.
