Owner Occupied Staging | Paint Consultation

This project was initially a staging consultation where we suggested to the owner which furniture pieces should stay, move, or be stored; in a few rooms, we consulted on paint color. A few weeks later, we staged the home, working with a combination of the owner's furnishings and accessories from our rental inventory. Townsend sold in 5 days over asking $950,000.
