Occupied Home Staging | Paint Consultation

We started this occupied staging project off with a walk-and-talk and paint consultation. We assisted the homeowner in editing and rearranging their personal belongings and incorporated some of our rented furniture, artwork, and accessories to complete a few rooms. Hillcrest was in contract within 9 days and sold for asking.
