We will suggest how you can rearrange your furniture, accessories, and artwork to improve the flow of your space and ensure it looks its best for photos, making your home more appealing to potential buyers.
STEPS AFTER A CONSULTATION
There is no pressure to hire Karrie beyond a consultation; it is entirely acceptable for you to implement our recommendations on your own. If you would like us to do the heavy lifting, our hourly rate is $125. We will apply $125 of the consultation fee toward our hourly rate.

While working within your budget, we can help select flooring, lighting, appliances, and hardware that will appeal to today’s buyers.
We do excellent work, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our work will yield your desired outcome. While market preparation is a an effective technique in real estate, we cannot assure you that your property will sell more quickly or at a higher price.
