A consultation is the first step in preparing your home for sale. Our Market Prep Consultation starts with a one-hour tour of your house. As we walk through each room, we provide feedback focused on improvements to help create that magical “this-is-home" feeling for buyers plus recommendations to enhance curb appeal. We follow up with an email detailing our recommendations. Prior to professional photos and the first open house, we do a second walk-through to ensure the home is truly ready for market.
OCCUPIED HOME STYLING $125 hr.
Karrie Franks Interiors will physically help you re-arrange your furniture and accessories to appeal to today’s buyers. We use what you already have in a new way to best showcase the floor plan and maximize the use of space. We suggest you start with a market prep consultation prior to scheduling time for styling. Minimum 3 Hours.
COLOR & FINISH CONSULT $125 (1HR.)
Not all colors are created equal and as a interior designer Karrie is trained to see the subtle undertones in paint and finishes and how it may impact the overall feel of a space. A fresh coat of paint can transform your house, making spaces appear larger, brighter and minimize dated finishes and imperfections. Looking to make cosmetic updates before placing your house on the market, we can help select flooring, lighting, appliances and hardware that will appeal today’s buyers while working within your budget.
POST-CLOSE DESIGN CONSULT $200

STEPS AFTER A CONSULTATION
If would like help moving forward with a plan that fits within your budget, our hourly rate is $125. There is no pressure to hire Karrie Franks beyond a consultation, it is completely acceptable for you to implement all or some of our recommendations on your own.
