There is no pressure to hire Karrie beyond a consultation; it is entirely acceptable for you to implement our recommendations on your own. If you would like help moving forward with a plan that fits within your budget, our hourly rate is $175.

A consultation is the first step in preparing your home for sale. A Market Prep Consultation starts with a tour of your house. As we walk through each room, we provide feedback on improvements to help create that magical "this-is-home" feeling for buyers. If needed, we will follow up with an email detailing our recommendations. We do a second walk-through before professional photos and the first open house to ensure the home is ready for the market.
COLOR & FINISH CONSULTation - $175 Hourly rate
Not all colors are created equal, and as an interior designer, Karrie is trained to see the subtle undertones in paint and finishes and how they may impact the overall feel of a space. A fresh coat of paint can transform your house, making rooms appear larger and brighter and minimizing dated finishes and imperfections. Are you looking to make cosmetic updates? While working within your budget, we can help select flooring, lighting, appliances, and hardware that will appeal to today’s buyers.
We do excellent work, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our work will yield your desired outcome. While market preparation is a an effective technique in real estate, we cannot assure you that your property will sell more quickly or at a higher price. We always advise working with an experienced realtor who will price and market your property accordingly for today’s market.
